UK delivery startup Evermile has raised $6 million in seed funding to eliminate delivery challenges for local businesses and also plans to expand to new markets globally.
The seed funding round was led by 10D with participation from Mensch Capital Partners and various angel investors, including Fred Destin (ex-board member at Deliveroo), Ziv Paz (co-founder of Melio), and others.
Due to how local businesses have to manage delivery providers themselves which is expensive and complex, Evermile seeks to eliminate these pain points by using their platform that can power local merchants delivery needs in a simple, flexible, customizable, and cost-effective manner. The platform takes full ownership of the delivery promise.

Speaking on the recent fundraised, Evermile CEO Omer Goldschmidt said,
“Local delivery has become essential to almost every small business, yet current delivery options are complex to manage and prevent growth. Before Evermile, a local merchant faced two challenging scenarios: manage external delivery vendors themselves or build their in-house delivery fleet – both are expensive, complex, and time-consuming.
“Evermile offers a third route; access to a single delivery platform that can power all their delivery needs in a simple, flexible, customizable, and cost-effective manner. We’re proud to leverage mobility-grade optimization, aggregation techniques, and AI to unite local merchants to deliver together.
“Through Evermile, we’re dramatically changing the unit economics of local delivery and slashing delivery costs for these businesses and the millions of customers who want to continue buying locally.”
Evermile was built to help small businesses connect with local customers through stand-out delivery experiences. With its knowledge of technology and logistics, the startup works hard to offer delivery solutions to busy merchants, to help them and their customers do business on their own terms.
Evermile matches merchants to the right delivery company for each delivery task. It uses algorithms to instantly analyze order preferences and constraints, including locations, distance to delivery, the type of goods, and the customer’s preferred timescale to receive their purchases ranging from on-demand, next day to custom or scheduled dates.
Founded in 2022, the startup prides itself as the first local delivery service built specifically for small businesses. It has already partnered with over 300 local businesses in the UK which include bakeries, pharmacies, wine stores, etc.
The startup is on a mission to redefine the way small businesses manage local deliveries. With Evermile, local businesses can meet the ever-rising standards in home delivery quickly, easily, and affordably. Its easy-to-use platform puts merchants in control, and not at the mercy of giant courier companies.
