Let me congratulate Aliko Dangote for executing his mission of running a refinery in Nigeria. The news today is that the national oil corporation has lifted petrol from Dangote Refinery. Simply, it is now a hard fact that this refinery works and operates, because an input was fed in, and an output – the product – is out.
