4 THOUGHTS ON Review Of GTWorld, GTBank Mobile Banking App On Android And iOS

  1. The self updated GTWorld app is not user friendly. It is too different from the updated app, and it is difficult to make transactions, of not impossible.

  2. When you get an updated version of anything, you expect better efficient and effective service. Unfortunately, this app only scored on appearance and left me preferring the older version that was delivery more prompt and responsive. GT can do better, output is better than outlook. Work on output.

I can’t imagine completing a transaction and have to wait 10mins or more for the Apo to update so I can send receipt. Not okay.

  3. Great review! I found the detailed analysis of GTBank’s mobile app features really helpful. It’s interesting to see how it compares to others in the market. I’ve been considering using it, and your insights have definitely influenced my decision. Thanks for sharing!
