Qatar University Reveals Plan to Turn Messi’s Qatari Hotel Room to a Mini Museum After 2022 World cup

Qtar University has reportedly announced plans to convert the hotel room where Argentina football squad captain Lionel Messi lodged in during the 2022 World Cup into a mini museum.

According to a report by the Qatari News Agency stated in goals.com, the room, which Messi reportedly shared with his lifelong friend and former colleague Sergio Aguero towards the end of Argentina’s triumphant World Cup campaign, will no longer receive guests; instead plans have been revealed to make the area a mini museum, with the belongings of the Argentine retained in all their glory for students and visitors.

In an interview with Qatari newspaper Al Sharq, Hitmi al Hitmi, Director of communications and public relations at Qatar University was reported to have said the room of Argentina national team player Lionel Messi will remain unchanged and will remain available only for visitors and not for residence.
