For the sham which INEC orchestrated in the name of an election, I move the motion for Obi and Atiku to begin a legal challenge of the result. While we understand the reality that Tinubu has been declared the president-elect (I acknowledge it and already planning for that future), I also want to activate the reality that Nigerians need to examine why INEC became exceedingly incompetent.
I have looked at historical data since 1999, the 2023 election is the most unfortunate.
In 2023, Nigeria has 93.4 million voters but 21 million made the final decision.

In 2019, the total voters were 84 million and 26 million made the call.
In the last poll I shared here, it said that Obi wins if turnout is huge, and Tinubu wins if turnout is low. And the model was that turnout would be High, at least beating the 2019 number. But somehow, we lost 5 million votes despite adding close to 10 million new voters.
For academic purposes since there is largely nothing the court can do since INEC itself does not understand what it is doing, we need to look deeper as a nation, so that we can advance. I want the legal debate so that hopefully we can have reforms. In 2015, Rivers State had an excess of 1.5 million votes ; in 2023, it had less than 500,000 votes. That repeated across the nation!
My motion goes beyond Senator Tinubu, I think Nigeria needs to advance on this. Obi and Atiku must challenge this as a way of healing the land because that process must happen
(While that happens, be a realistic person and build on it because on May 29, 2023, Mr. Tinubu will take the oath. Plan)
