Tekedia Institute is launching a new program – Tekedia Practice of Automotive Business. This business will support mechanics, making sure they are qualified, technically and business-wise, to deliver consistent, dependable and quality services to Nigerian customers, using the National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC) protocols.
Our corporate partner and technical courseware developer is Mecho Autotech, Nigeria’s category-king on vehicle maintenance, repair and services. Mecho is a YCombinator company. From inspection to repairs, Mecho has 7,000 mechanics across Nigeria who work with truck owners, fleet owners, governments fleet, etc to keep their vehicles at their best states.
Through our program, Tekedia will work with these mechanics and more to ensure the quality you all expect from Mecho are delivered. Our courseware is built on NADDC protocols even though we are using the United States Motor Safety Standards as benchmarks. All Mecho mechanics will be recertified annually to make sure they are ready.
