I was telling some people the need for a fusion of skills and the right education and system and they were arguing in favor of just learning crafts. Thanks for the insightful presentation, Prof. On the issues of using tax incentives to attract FDI, we have a provision in our laws that frees from taxes, repatriation of money brought in and invested in Nigeria through govt approved channels.
Sure – we need investors in Nigeria.
