I am honoured to report that Dr Alex Otti, OFR, Abia State Governor-Elect, called and asked me to join the Abia State governorship transition council. I ACCEPTED. Over a series of phone conversations with Mr. Governor-elect, he has emphasized unambiguously that ABIA will RISE, not just for a few but for ALL.
