There are many civil engineers, architects, developers, etc here. Why do we always have buildings collapsing in Lagos?  The latest is an uncompleted building in Eti-Osa Local Government Area. Lives have been lost. Though I do not have official numbers, but relying on the frequency of press entries, in the last ten reported building failures, at least 95% might have been recorded in Lagos. What could be the reason why Lagos is running the numbers?
