The Useful Talent
The most useful talent is the one people know you possess!
My thesis is simple: how can people price a product they do not know the value? In your career, there must be markers and enablers which are visible to connect to your capabilities. You cannot say you have it and yet no one can see it. It is like someone writing on LinkedIn profile that he is a prolific writer, yet googling or checking his name, he has no article. It does not need to end in imaginations - visibility is critical.
You cannot be a great math student and yet your grades continue to hover on C. The talent accepted by others cannot be uncorrelated from what they see/feel/experience as they connect with you. If you hide any talent, there is no way they can see.
