The Irony of the Rotating Plate Number

Stunned. Nigeria's problem is that the leaders have failed to harness the talent of its young people for a greater purpose bigger than each of them. The person who designed this, and implemented it, can build "hearts" of modern industrial machines. With no real inspiration from his/her nation, he/she decides to play the law which is unfortunate. That said, this is not legal unless you are authorized by government to flip official plate number and ordinary plate number as necessary
