The Formation in Kobo Logistics
I spent time today with one of the finest engineering teams in Africa. Kobo Logistics is category-king. I have never seen anything like that before with what the young people are doing. When a guy walks in and his job title is Commandant, another Growth Hawker, another Squadron, etc you get an idea of military formation.
It was a very fascinating moment that young men trained in UPENN /Wharton (an American Ivy League) would relocate their families to northern Nigeria for a mission.
If how you understand Nigeria is just from Facebook, you would miss the pulse. I see an unbounded future in our nation. It is a privilege I am thankful to be partners to many.
