The European Union said it was barring most travelers from the U.S., Russia and dozens of other countries, citing risk factors over the unchecked spread of the coronavirus in those countries. Nationalities permitted to travel to Europe include Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, Rwanda and Thailand.
