Nurture those who are adding value. Yes, most firms do not value great productive workers. They only like good corporate politicians. Check that firm which sacked its workers to leave corporate politicians who then ran it to bankruptcy. Your job as a business leader is to ensure you nurture workers and not corporate politicians. Politicians have only one permanent interest: themselves, never your business.
