Nigerian Senate Runs on Gmail

The Senate Ad-hoc committee on the Review of the 1999 Constitution has formally commenced the process of further alteration to the provisions of the 1999 Constitution (as amended). But you know what? The official email for the process is Gmail! Yet, at least we are sure that Google will backup the files. Check last year, the Senate voted $millions on ICT infrastructure but here prefers a free Gmail account. Who can cure Nigeria?
