Nigeria Needs $2 Trillion GDP

I do believe that Nigeria can hit $2 trillion GDP within 25 years if we execute a redesign. This is a cautious model since over 20 years, Nigeria could not add more than $500 billion in its nominal GDP. Ideally, we ought to hit this number within 15 years when our capabilities are considered.

It will be good for us to be in future G20 Summit.

Nigeria cannot become a $2 trillion economy just because Nigerians think they should be there, it can only happen if Nigerians work for it.

We are barely done with inauguration of new administration and what is already dominating discussion is which zone should produce the next president, or who has worked hard enough in the political scene to be rewarded with the office of the president...

This is not how to become a $2 trillion economy within a quarter of a century, but we seem to have majority of Nigerians who somehow believe that by drawing circles we are making progress.

What plans do we have for each sector of the economy, and how committed are we to those plans? In the meantime, we have a lot of people who believe that Nigeria owes them, and therefore they are taking back what Nigeria owes them, or they are warming up to go up there and take back what Nigeria owes them.

To grow Nigeria to $2 trillion economy, you only need those who believe that they owe Nigeria so much, and are willing to give everything, including their personal wealth to grow Nigeria. So if you are demanding for how much Nigeria must pay you, before you go there and steal more; then you are not qualified to work for Nigeria.
