Data analysis tops the list of digital skills that U.S. professionals would like to gain this year, according to new data from LinkedIn’s Workforce Confidence survey, with 28% of respondents selecting that option. Interest is similarly strong for machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) skills, with a quarter of respondents wanting to upskill in that area. Cloud computing also garnered some interest (18%), while demand was more modest for skills related to the creator economy (11%), blockchain and web3 (10%) and augmented and virtual reality (9%).
