Luxury group LVMH goes parabolic

Bernard Arnault, CEO and majority owner of French luxury group LVMH, briefly surpassed Amazon founder Jeff Bezos to become the world’s richest person, Marc Bain reports. Jeff had since retaken the #1 spot. But I want to share the stock movement of LVMH, to show that it is not only tech stocks which go parabolic. Money could come from many areas.

 

Money could be made from many areas. Although the areas are things of concern. Technology and Fashion are very similar, you may ask why?

Valuation of technology businesses are done on the ground of it perceived potentials, which could be largely sentimental, in same wise, Fashion,more to say, a premium brand is fundamentally fandom!

So, Bernard is making big money in the same manner Apple makes it money- it not the always the superior  product, rather, the people who are willing to push the brand beyond your imagination.

That said, Aba should learn somethings here, we should rake in some cash via this model- Turn customers to fans!

It should no longer be Gucci or so, rather, it should be something local!
