How Gigi Hadid Describes Her Approach to Co-Parenting With Zayn Malik

But Gigi Hadid, the supermodel and mother of one-year-old Khai, has opened up about how she and her ex-partner Zayn Malik are handling the challenge of raising their daughter together.
In a recent interview with Vogue, Hadid revealed that she and Malik have a "good system" that allows them to balance their work and family commitments. She said that they try to be flexible and respectful of each other's needs, and that they communicate well to make sure Khai is always surrounded by love and support.
"We both have our own things going on, but we always make sure that one of us is with her," Hadid said. "We don't have a nanny or anything, so we're very hands-on. We just try to do what's best for her and make it work."

Hadid also shared that she and Malik have different parenting styles, but they respect each other's opinions and learn from each other. She said that Malik is more "chill" and "laid-back" than her, while she is more "structured" and "organized". She said that they complement each other well, and that they both want the same thing for Khai: to be happy and healthy.
"I think we both have strengths and weaknesses, but we're always open to feedback and advice," Hadid said. "We're not perfect, but we're doing our best. We just want Khai to grow up feeling loved and confident, and to know that she can be whoever she wants to be."
