Ghana's Teacher Has Real Computers Now
Quote from Ndubuisi Ekekwe on March 16, 2018, 10:45 AMThe Ghana's teacher who drew Microsoft Word on blackboard has received real computers. He is also presently in Singapore attending Microsoft Global Education Summit. From NIIT to University of Leeds, his school has received help. I exchanged emails with him on our own support; he could be the face to get African leaders to make education a priority. Allocating $200 per school so that kids can see a real computer should not break the national budget. I also give Ghana small credit; in some places in Africa, a governor could have locked him up or fired him for "embarrassing" the government. That is why no teacher complains despite the stasis in the system!
