Freeme Music Launches Inaugural West Africa Writing Camp

Freeme Music, a leading music distribution and publishing company in Nigeria, has announced the launch of its first-ever West Africa Writing Camp. The camp, which will take place from {September 20 to 24, 2023}, aims to bring together some of the most talented songwriters, producers and artists from across the region to collaborate and create original music.

The camp will be held at the Freeme Space, a state-of-the-art recording studio and creative hub in Lagos. The participants will have access to professional equipment, mentors and networking opportunities. The camp will also feature guest speakers from the music industry, such as record label executives, publishers, managers and media personalities.

The camp is part of Freeme Music's vision to empower and showcase the diverse and vibrant musical talent in West Africa. The company hopes that the camp will foster creativity, innovation and synergy among the participants, as well as generate quality music that can compete on the global stage.

The camp is open to both established and emerging songwriters, producers and artists who are based in West Africa or have roots in the region. Interested applicants can submit their demos and profiles to |[email protected]} by {September 10, 2023}. The selected participants will be notified by {September 15, 2023}.
