She said that she sometimes feels overwhelmed by the responsibility of managing his medical appointments, his medications, his diet, and his emotional well-being. She also said that she worries about the future, and what would happen if it got worse.

Emma said that she has learned to seek help when she needs it, and to practice self-care as much as possible. She said that she tries to find time for herself, to do things that make her happy and relaxed.
