Well, good news for all the 'Issakaba' lovers out there: Sam Dede is back as Ebube in a new sequel that promises to be bigger and better than ever. The movie, titled 'Issakaba: The Return', is set to hit the cinemas and will feature some of the old cast members as well as new faces. The plot revolves around Ebube's comeback after a long absence, as he faces new challenges and enemies in his quest to restore peace and order.
The Issakaba Boys, that's been led by Ebube (played by Dede), had to fight against armed robbers and murderers who terrorize their community which warrants fear and panic in the community. The armed robbers and murderers were backed by mystical powers (charm) and because of this, Ebube and his team of Issakaba Boys also acquire powers that enabled them to fight.
The movie is directed by Lancelot Oduwa Imasuen, who also helmed the original production 'Issakaba' and its first sequel. He said that he wanted to bring back the magic and excitement of the first movie, while also adding some modern twists and effects. He also praised Sam Dede for his performance and dedication, saying that he is one of the best actors in Nollywood.

Dede the lead character also shared some words about the production. "ISSAKABA!!! The Myth returns. A RIVER DOES NOT FLOW THROUGH A FOREST WITHOUT BRINGING DOWN TREES. Men with evil minds lurk in the dark. But.... JUSTICE IS MINE", he said...
