Dr Olumide Odeyemi ([email protected]) is a multi-scholarships-winning research scientist and research communicator with over forty (40) scientific publications to his credit. He completed a doctoral (Ph.D.) degree from Australia with a research interest in the prevention of food spoilage and enhancing food security. Dr Olumide has initiated various national and international research projects. Among which is a research scientist in schools’ program. A program aimed to encourage scientific and critical thinking in students, sensitize roles of researchers and scientists in the society and promote national development, thereby inspiring student career aspirations and inspire young minds to broaden their career pathways. He is the Principal Consultant of a research advisory and consulting service firm.
