Lulu Onakpoya is a doctoral researcher at the University of Houston where she also assists with course instruction. Her research interests include cognitive approaches to policy analysis, state institutions, international organizations and civil society, interactions between culture and conflict resolution; and the role of technology in development, especially within Sub-Saharan Africa. She has authored and co-authored several publications.
