1 THOUGHT ON African Development Bank Allegations: The Original Whistleblowing Raw Document [PDF]

  1. Gone through the complaints, I think the missing link now remains what the findings of Ethics Committee were, before we can reasonably conclude whether Steve Mnuchin’s letter was warranted.

The response I read yesterday didn’t do justice to some of questions raised in this document, so if I were sitting in that Ethics Committee panel, obviously the president’s response didn’t address some of the allegations, some needed contextual references or analysis to appear convincing enough. Even on who was paid what and justifications for those figures flying there, more clarification would be needed, if substantiated.

What is clear is that the President has lost confidence of significant portion of his colleagues or staff; so if he continues to lead the institution, what percentage of the staff will he be leading actually, since this is a whistleblower report?

This thing won’t end well, either way it ends; there are major scars already.

I see an institution that is at war within, already on the edge, and waiting patiently to implode.

    Not looking elegant.
