For startup Founders, if you want to be successful, you need to build an ecosystem where you can be criticized (or better give honest opinions) without fear by your staff. You need to have an open idea platform.
Allow the staff to question your ideas and those ideas must not be simple top-down, they need to also flow bottom-up. Unless your team can offer opinion without fear of their jobs, you cannot survive as a startup. Teamwork is not just working together on codes, it also means strategizing together by management and staff.
