Beginning in late January, these devices will be available in Russia and then gradually rolled out in CIS, Europe, Latin America, Africa, Middle East, and Southeast Asia. The Star 3 DUOS will also be available in Southwest Asia.

ChatON communication service enables sign-in without ID or PW to send personalized multimedia messages, group chat, buddy management.
